Crockpot Pork Chop Dinner

This is a great winter meal and perfect for a set it and forget it attitude as well. This is something you can set on low and then head to work get back home 8 hours later and its all ready.
  • 1 pkg Pork chops can be any kind you like. Try for bone in though
  • 1 pkg of Asparagus
  • 2 regular size potatoes per person eating
  • 1 ear of corn per person eating
  • 1 pkg of Carrots. Cut in a package or just long and unprepared. You will need to skin them and prepare them for the crockpot
  • 1 whole Onion cut up
  • 1 whole bell pepper (either red, yellow, or orange would be great)
  1. I just layer the ingredients starting with potatoes, then asparagus, peppers, carrots, onions, corn, and then pork chops.
  2. Set to high for a short cook about 4 hours. Low for about 8 hours.
